Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be securely packed and dispatched within one working day of receiving your cleared payment. We pride ourselves on our fast dispatch to ensure that you get your items as quickly as possible. Please check our feedback on ebay as confirmation. Posting is completed daily, Monday to Friday and all orders paid up to 1.00pm will be dispatched. We use new white mailite bags or new boxes to ensure safe secure shipping. All of our parcels are clearly addressed and have a clear return address.
Shipping Prices
We have a simplified shipping pricing structure. UK packets will be charged at £2.00 per parcel, European Parcels will be charged at £4.00 per parcel, Rest of the world will be charged at £6.00 per parcel. Parcels are shipped either by first class post or small packet airmail. If you spend over £60 we automatically upgrade your postage to a signed for service for no extra cost. If you require a tracked service for lower priced items please contact me for details. We reserve the right to exclude certain countries from the simplified shipping price structure where experience shows that the internal post service is unreliable. If this is the case we will either contact you and offer the chance to upgrade postage to a tracked service at the rate charged by the post office or cancel your order and of course, refund your payment. We are unable to ship Aerosols due to restrictions placed on us by the Royal Mail and other carriers.
We also advise our overseas customers to note that orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check with your local government customs office, prior to placing an order, if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. Arcane Scenery does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to goods returned by the customer.
Privacy & Security
Your Privacy is important to Arcane Scenery and Models. The information that you give on this site will be used only for us to send your order to you and very occasionally for sending information about Arcane Scenery and Models which we believe may interest you. Arcane Scenery and Models uses Paypal to process your payments, only you and Paypal will have your information. Arcane Scenery and Models will not receive any financial information from you. We believe pay pal to be the best and most secure method of payment available and as well as protecting your data, they offer first class protection to all buyers.
Returns & Replacements
Arcane Scenery and Models wants you to be satisfied with your purchase so that you can enjoy your modelling. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, first of all email us via the Contact Us page, and we will arrange to solve the problem to your satisfaction. If you decide to return an item, simply send the item back to us in it’s original packaging and we will refund your payment. Your only cost will be the return postage. If the item is faulty, upon confirmation, we will refund all of your payment and the cost of the return postage. If in the unlikely event your parcel goes missing, following confirmation, we will arrange to either refund your payment or resend your items.
Ordering
Ordering is simple. Use the menus at the side or the search function to find the item(s) click on add to cart. To continue shopping select one of the menus or follow the instructions to checkout using Paypal. Your delivery will be dispatched to the address on your Paypal account only, for security purposes. We do not list stock that we do not have to ensure that we are able to fulfill your order quickly. In the unlikely event that we have made an error with our inventory we will contact you and offer an immediate refund or give you a clear delivery date.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Arcane Scenery and Models uses Paypal to process payments. Arcane Scenery and Models is keen to ensure that pricing is competitive, and we check our prices, service and availability against our competitors. Occasionally Arcane Scenery and Models will operate promotional prices, these will be advertised on our front page. The price that you see on the web site is the price that you will pay for the item.

If you set up an account with Arcane you can check the progress of any orders you have made at any time, by clicking on the ‘My Account’ link at the top.
