Just a quick note to keep everyone up to date with our posting policies and news. Postage will be a bit more of a challenge this year (2022) because of the Postal strikes that are due to take place. At the moment strikes are set for Friday 9th December; Sunday 11th December; Wednesday 14th December; Thursday 15th December; Friday 23rd December; Saturday 24th December. As well as there being no business collections and limited deliveries on those days, the strikes will add to the usual delays due to the seasonal rush. We post everything by either first class post or small packet airmail. Some customers will be upgraded to tracked delivery where appropriate. As a small business, we do not have the ability to switch our delivery serivce to another courier – we are integrated fully with Royal Mail.

For our part we will continue to post and pack up until 11.00am on Thursday 23th of December and then we will be starting our Christmas break. We are back to pack & post on Wednesday 28th December and sort any queries. As ever, all orders received up to mid day, Monday to Friday, are packed and posted on that day by first class post or small packet airmail. We only list what we have in stock or can get quickly and we will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your purchases as quickly as possible. Just bear in mind that the postal system is under pressure at this time of year and that parcels can be delayed. If you are ordering something during the last few days before Christmas that is critically important, please check with us first to ensure that we have the item ready to ship. A call or email can save any chance of disappointment.
If you require signed for delivery, the extra cost is £1.00 for the UK and £5.00 for overseas. Let us know and we will invoice you for the additional cost. If your order is over £60, we will add signed for delivery automatically within the postage price that you have been quoted.
We always send an e mail confirming that your parcel is on the way and included is advice on what to do if your parcel hasn’t arrived. If you are out when the post office delivers and you are left a red card advising you to collect your item, you can save time and trouble by arranging a re-delivery by going to the following link on line

If there is a problem with your order that you are worried about, please contact us through the shop for a fast response and we will do our utmost to resolve the query to your satisfaction. We would like you to enjoy your items and come back to shop with us again. Just tell us what has gone wrong and we will sort the problem out as quickly and as effectively as we can. We answer all e mails and messages personally, there is no auto response, so in the unlikely event that you dont receive an answer to a message within one WORKING day, please resend your message.
Finally, we hope that all of our customers have a very happy Christmas and a prosperous and happy New Year and of course enjoy their modelling!
